Why a workshop, not a course

A course shows you a tool. A workshop shows what your team does with it.

  1. 01

We work on your tasks. Participants bring their own documents, tasks and spreadsheets. We demonstrate on your work, so you can try it the very next week.

  2. 02

In the tools you already have. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini. If you don’t have a tool yet, we help you choose what pays off.

  3. 03

Know-how you can prove. After the workshop, you get an attendance record for your AI literacy measures under the EU AI Act.

What the EU AI Act requires

Article 4 requires companies that use AI to take AI literacy measures for their staff. No certificate, exam or set number of hours is needed. What counts is that the training fits people’s roles and tools, and that you can show it.

After every workshop and training, you get a record: who was trained, when and on what.

  1. 2 Feb 2025The AI literacy obligation applies
  2. 27 Jul 2026Article 4 amended by the Digital Omnibus
  3. August 2026Supervision by national authorities

Updated

How much does an AI workshop cost?

We agree the price based on the format, length and number of participants. You get it in writing before you confirm.

Do you also run ChatGPT training for companies?

Yes. We run the workshop in the tool the company uses or wants to introduce: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini. The team learns good prompts, checking answers and safe use on its own tasks.

Can we adapt the workshop content?

Yes. The packages are a starting point. We adapt topics, format and length to your team, industry and the tools you use.

What is the difference between an AI workshop and AI training?

A workshop takes half a day or a day and teaches the team to work with AI. AI training takes two days: besides the training, we also organize the tools, access and an internal policy. If you want to bring AI into the whole company, AI transformation with AIOS is the right fit.

Do we need a certificate for AI literacy?

No. The EU AI Act does not prescribe a certificate, an exam or a number of hours. It expects measures that fit employees’ roles and tools. That is why after a workshop or training you get a record of who was trained and on what.

Does a workshop count as an AI literacy measure?

The EU AI Act does not prescribe a certificate or a number of hours, but it does expect measures that fit employees’ roles. A workshop is such a measure, and the attendance record is the proof of it.

Is it held at our premises or remotely?

Whichever suits you. On site the work is more direct; remotely it is easier to bring together teams from different locations.

How many people can attend a workshop?

The intro workshop is for up to 15 people, the department workshop for up to 10. For larger teams, we run several sessions.

What if our team doesn’t use AI yet?

Then we start with the basics: we choose the tools, set them up and prepare the rules before people start using them. Two-day AI training is the best fit for that.
