Is the AI process audit AI consulting?
Yes, with a concrete outcome. Instead of general advice, you get a process map, an opportunity matrix and a three-phase AI adoption plan, which is also your company’s AI strategy.
How much does the audit cost?
We set the price after the intro call, based on the size of the company and the number of departments. You get it in writing before we start.
How much time does our team need to set aside?
6 to 10 hours of interviews in total over one or two days, plus 2 to 3 hours for the presentation. We don’t disturb the team during the analysis.
Where does the audit take place?
The interviews and the presentation take place at your premises, the analysis at ours.
What if we don’t continue with you?
Nothing. The plan and the report are yours. You can carry them out on your own or with anyone else.
What about confidential data?
We are interested in processes, not in the contents of your documents. If you wish, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before we start.
