What is AIOS?
AIOS (AI operating system) is a shared workspace where AI works for your company. It knows your services, clients and instructions, it is connected to the software you use, and every employee has assistants for their own tasks.
Where should a company start its AI transformation?
With people and rules. First we train the team and organize the tools, then an AI process audit shows the processes where AI brings the most, and only then do we set up AIOS and custom solutions.
What does AI transformation of a company mean?
That AI becomes part of everyday work, not a separate tool. For us that means three steps: we train the team, set up AIOS and build custom solutions for the processes where they bring the most.
How is AIOS different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a tool for individuals that starts every conversation from zero, and it doesn’t compare with AIOS. AIOS is set up for the company: it knows your knowledge and processes and, more importantly, it works in your software and can take real actions.
Which platform does AIOS run on?
On Claude (Anthropic) or OpenAI (ChatGPT and Codex). We choose based on the tools you already use and the tasks the AI should take on.
What about data security?
We use business accounts with training on your data switched off, role-based access rights and a data processing agreement with the provider. The rules on which data never goes into AI are part of the rollout.
Do we need an IT team?
No. Your team uses AIOS in plain language, in English or Slovenian. If you have an IT team, we involve it from the start.
How long does the rollout take and what does it cost?
It depends on the size of the company and the number of processes. The rollout runs in phases, and you get the scope and price in writing before we start. With larger companies, we begin with an AI process audit.
